Dairy Australia | A Farmer’s Story
Most of us give little thought to the diary products we use every day (my personal blind spot is the milk that goes into my coffee), but this industry demands early mornings and long days filled with deep care from the people who keep it moving. Created for Dairy WA, I visited six remote Western Australia dairy farms over over two intensive days, working alongside farmers and a film crew focusing their lenses at the heart of our dairy supply.
With a tight brief around animal welfare and health and safety, my focus was to capture honest, unstaged moments that felt human, practical and engaging. The farmers and their animals were always central, photographed with respect, curiosity and care.
The result is a clear, authentic image library that reflects the pride, responsibility and connection behind dairy farming. Another story behind everyday products that we rarely see.
